Katherlieschens Missgeschicke und die erforderliche unitas actus von Rechtsgeschäften

Everyday business should be done one after the other, finishing what you have started before starting a new one. Katherlieschen continually violated this rule in the little-known farce from the collection of fairy tales published by the Brothers Grimm. Katherlieschen's erratic approach had fatal consequences. Even when carrying out legal transactions, you should not be confused by interim activities that have nothing to do with the legal act. In Roman law, this rule applied particularly to stipulations and the drafting of wills. However, the requirement of unitas actus has largely been abandoned by current civil law. The rule applies when concluding a contract between present persons.
